Project  remote control solar shades, regular shades and plantation shutters in a beach house

Scope Client was building a brand new beach house with ocean view and wanted window coverings to diffuse the direct sun coming in through the windows to avoid bleaching the furniture and hardwood floors . At the same time, both husband and wife did not want any stacks visible on top of the windows. Since we had the contractor on site, we were able to run electricity to every window and also built “pockets” to housing automated  roller / screen shades inside those pockets.
