A favor to ask

I hope this message finds you and your family well and safe. We are living times that will be written in the history books for posterity.
There will be some hardship ahead, no doubt. But I wanted to focus on the brighter side here. This country and its people have taught me that hard work pays off.

There is no question that I had to do my part first, in order to reap the benefits, but my point is: what goes around, comes around.

Today I want to pay it back a little: I really want you to reach out if you or someone you know needs help. Maybe it is a need for someone to pickup groceries at the supermarket. Maybe you, a friend or the kids are going without food. Maybe it is a need for meds. Perhaps, it is loneliness and a need to have someone to talk to.

I would be delighted to extend a hand for the ones in need. PLEASE REACH OUT. No judgement, no questions asked, no embarrassment. You won’t even need to see me. I will drop it off at your doorstep.

Please keep doing your part: washing hands, wearing a face covering, practicing social distancing and keeping positive thoughts.

We will come out of this strongER!

Lastly, I’d like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the health care providers battling this crisis. In many occasions without even the proper protection. Being hospitalized myself several times, I know how import it is to have proper care from the beginning. My sincerest THANK YOU to each of you.
