Hey dear friend! I hope this post finds you well! Normally, I’d be chatting with you from the comfort of my home in Tampa on the first Sunday of the month, but as life would have it, I’m currently camped out at Starbucks sending this newsletter. Why? Well, buckle up for a rollercoaster ride through our recent adventures!
Three weeks ago, Ana and I proudly joined the ranks of homeowners in sunny Tampa. Just when we thought we were settling in, Hurricane Helene decided to crash the party. Thanks to her uninvited visit, we’ve been dealing with some water damage—a bit of a setback, for sure. But hey, we’re all safe and healthy, which is what truly matters! Everything else is just material damage – though I must say, I never intended to turn our living room into an indoor pool!
Unfortunately, this impromptu water feature means we’ll be without internet for about a week while we get everything sorted out. So if you notice some delays in our replies, please bear with us. It’s like waiting for the perfect drapery to arrive – you know it’ll be worth it in the end, even if you have to improvise with a bedsheet in the meantime! We’re committed to maintaining our five-star customer service, and I promise we’ll do our best to keep that spirit alive.
Brightening Up with a Fresh New Website!
In the midst of our big move, we also merged our two locations and relocated our headquarters right here in Tampa. So, our Boston clients, don’t be alarmed if your invoices now come with a bit of Florida flair.
On a brighter note – and boy, do we need some brightness after all this rain – we just launched our newly redesigned website! It showcases our full range of indoor and outdoor window treatments, specifically tailored for our amazing clients in both Boston and Tampa. Whether you’re looking for something to block out the winter chill or shades that dance in the summer breeze (or repel hurricane winds), we’ve got you covered!
I can’t wait for you all to check it out and see what we’ve been cooking up. It’s a bit like finding that perfect window treatment that transforms a room; we hope our new website does just that for your decorating dreams.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this crazy time. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. Let’s keep those positive vibes flowing, and remember: no storm lasts forever. We’ll weather this together and come out even stronger!
Sending you warm thoughts (and hoping for a little less water!)
