Project Sale & Installation of cordless and automated cellular shades for living room, bedroom and basement

Scope This is the second project for this client. He is extremely detail oriented and wanted to follow closely every aspect of the project including technical details, which I love it. Nothing better than having your client understand what they are buying. For phase II, we did cellular honeycomb shades from Hunter Douglas. In the living room windows it was installed automated shades on the windows with two options for control: hand held remote and a wall switch keypad as a second option. For the sliding doors (including one in the basement/game room) it was used the same type of cellular shade but with a vertical orientation. In another words, the shade slides sideways to follow the door’s motion. For the master bedroom, it was installed the same type of shades again for its insulating properties but with a cordless top-down bottom-up lift system. That way, my client is able to lower the window shades and have privacy at the lower part of the windows and enjoy  a sunny morning while still in bed.
