October Shade Season

Last month was my birthday (thanks for the belated wishes). Nothing out of the ordinary: work, dentist appointment (yeah, on my birthday) early morning phone call from mom, messages on Facebook and a drink at the end of the day to cheer up life.

Regardless if I celebrate it or not, my birthday is going to happen – coincidentally on the same day, every year- for as long as I am alive. So I might as well have some fun with it, Right?

Do you want to hear another coincidence? Every year you say to yourself “this year I am going to replace those ugly windows shades”…And guess what? We are in October already !! We are only EIGHT weeks away from Thanksgiving and TWELVE weeks away from Christmas.

I won’t blame you for not knowing this: custom blinds and shades take an average of 3 to 4 weeks to be installed and drapes and plantation shutters, typically take between 8 to 12 weeks… So, don’t be the one left out of the party with some ugly blinds because you did not make to the holiday rush deadline.

But wait: there is a bright side for those who are running sssloooowwweerr: one of my vendors just launched a super cool product called………

Dual Shades

“Modern and masterful, the new Alta Dual Shades feature alternating opaque and sheer linear bands of fabric that open up a view, guide light, and protect privacy – all in one exquisite shade. Over 70 translucent and room-darkening fabric choices in a full range of textures and band sizes. Colorful? You bet. Innovative and exquisite? I think so.”

So before is too late, call or text me on 508-904-2108 or shoot me an email to schedule a complimentary in-home consultation and get your order started before time runs out and you are not able to show off those (wanted) gorgeous window shades until next Spring!
