Our new remote controlled Alta shades look AMAZING! The whole team was professional and made the process easy. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner so we could have enjoyed more of the light blocking and energy savings over the summer. Will definitely be a repeat customer if we decide to redo shades in other rooms.

**UPDATE** Our home builder caused damage to one of our shutters while doing a warranty repair. I called Roger and he came right out and meticulously repaired the damaged shutter. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I didn't know who to contact regarding some old, motorized shades that needed repair. While many companies did not return my call or were not interested in the project, Shades In Place Inc. undertook the job with aplomb. Not only were they a pleasure to work with, but their communication with me during the project was unparalleled. I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is amazing!! I called this morning because after my tenants left I noticed that 2 of my Plantation Shutters were broken. My handyman had no idea how to fix them. I called and within a couple of hours he came out to take a look. When he saw what the problem was he fixed them right then and there. And you would not believe how little he charged. I would highly, highly recommend them.

The owner, Roger went above and beyond on this one. When an enexpected issue came up Roger was great when I had to put the job on hold. After we picked it up again, he came up from Florida to Massachusetts to do the install himself. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for a great job
